Privacy policy on the UNSINN website

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact UNSINN and contact forms

We do not collect any personal data (e.g. names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses) via our website unless you provide us with such data voluntarily (e.g. through registration, enquiries...) or have given your consent.

The data collected via the contact forms is transmitted to us via our own mail server.

We generally use the personal data you provide to answer your enquiries, process your orders or provide you with access to certain information or offers. We may also need to store, process and share your personal data with our subsidiaries and trading partners to better understand your business needs and how we can improve our products or services; or for us (or a third party on our behalf) to use the personal data to contact you about UNSINN offers and services to better meet our customers' needs.

In some cases, particularly when you request a quote, your information will be passed on to one of our registered dealers so that they can provide you with a quote.

Use of the collected personal data

We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties. UNSINN will collect, process and use the personal data you provide online only for the purposes disclosed to you, unless the collection, processing or use is for an additional purpose directly related to the original purpose for which the personal data was collected, is necessary for the preparation, negotiation and performance of a contract with you, is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or governmental or judicial request, is necessary to establish or protect a legal claim or defence, is necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful activities, e.g. deliberate attacks on your personal data, or is necessary to protect you from legal action. e.g. deliberate attacks on UNSINN systems to ensure data security.

When you access our websites via telecommunications services, communications-related data (e.g. Internet protocol address) or usage-related data (e.g. information on the start and duration of use and on the telecommunications services you used) are generated automatically by technical means. These may possibly allow conclusions to be drawn about personal data. Insofar as the collection, processing and use of your communication or usage-related data is absolutely necessary, this is subject to the legal regulations on data protection. When you access our websites, information is occasionally collected automatically (i.e. not via registration) that is not assigned to a specific person (e.g. the Internet browser and operating system used; domain name of the website from which you came; number of visits; average time spent on the site; pages viewed). We use this information to determine the attractiveness of our websites and to improve their performance and content. The UNSINN websites contain links to other websites. UNSINN is not responsible for the data protection policies or the content of these other websites.

Consent and right of withdrawal

If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after you have given your express consent.

As a matter of principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorised to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that you have the consent of your legal guardian.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@unsinn.de. In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymised and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without any personal reference. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Data security

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and against access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress.

Data storage in the webshop

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address and e-mail address of the purchaser.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, address, company, telephone number, e-mail address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

Please refer to our contract for commissioned data processing for more information on the commissioned processors.

Operation of the website by our agency agoradesign KG

In the context of operating our website and the dealer login, we commission the agency agordadesign KG, which may gain access to your personal data in the course of its activities, insofar as it requires the data to perform the respective service. agoradesign KG has undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection provisions vis-à-vis us. Order processing contracts have been concluded in accordance with the DSGVO. You can obtain more information on the order processors we have commissioned at datenschutz@unsinn.de.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Google Analytics / Web Analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer to enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Your IP address is anonymised immediately after it is recorded - this means that only a rough localisation is possible.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.

Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are recognisable by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook social plugins can be viewed here:

http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When you call up a web page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, it is still possible that Facebook will obtain and store your IP address.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy:

http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website and link it to your membership data stored with Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker".

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your consent that you agree to receive the newsletter.

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a double opt-in procedure.

As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: marketing1@unsinn.de. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter mailing.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Germany, this is the data protection authority.
